CONTROL SYSTEM OF FINISHED PRODUCT

During the harvesting campaign, crop theft from the fields can reach 30 percent. Control system of finished product "Beehive" allows you to effectively monitor the movement of the crop from field to weighing station, making the collection and transportation process transparent. Thus, the system minimizes the risk of theft and ensures the integrity and reliability of the dat.

The system operates on the basis of the IoT platform "Agroanalytics". In addition to the software part, special equipment is installed on combines, carriers and weighing station. It allows you to record in the system the amount of the crop and its movement, routes and stops of equipment, identify drivers. The combine harvester can also be equipped with the functions of blocking unloading and tracking the level of filling of the hopper.

The system allows you to evaluate the total yield after unloading the first carrier who arrived from the field. As a result of the introduction of the control system of finished goods "Beehive" , the agricultural enterprise receives not only full automation, but also ensuring transparency of the harvesting process from the fields, the ability to make operational decisions according to the progress of work, improving staff discipline and, of course, increasing yield.

    The system automatically generates and calculates the report "unloading from harvesters", which allows you to determine which harvester at what time did unloading in which carrier and the number of unloaded crops. The field and culture are also visible. Filters highlight an upload without data about field or carrier.

    The weight report shows the flights arriving at the weight, the make and number of the equipment, the data on the drivers, the weight of the empty and full carrier, the weight of the brought cargo. How many unloads were made in the flight, it is also possible to track the unloading of harvesters, time and volume of unloading, fields and crops. For each flight, you can add laboratory studies of the quality of the imported culture.

    Report on the finished product allows you to determine the class of grain, based on laboratory analysis. Data is added manually.

    The "harvesting" report records the number of harvesters and carriers that took part in the harvesting campaign, the percentage of performance by crops, the volume and weight of the harvest by harvesters, the number of flights made by carriers, the weight of transported products and the total weight of the crop.
